The Howler [VScript]

The Howler from Nightmare as a new BOSS Special Infected.


• Two Howler Variants: Shadow Howler (invisible variant) & Dark Howler (visible variant).

• Its immortality makes it impervious to all kinds of damage except fire.

• It can insta-kill you.

• Usually moves slower than survivors but never stops hunting once spawned and it gets faster when ignited.

• The light from the flashlight slows it down, but its shadow weakens light over time so the flashlight will work for only a few seconds (team coordination is key).

• It constantly drains health from nearby survivors.

• Automatically opens saferoom doors and smashes through normal doors when approaching.

• It may leave mortal remnants where it dies.

• Unique howls, growls and eerie music announce its presence and movements.

• It has a 16% chance of spawning and will never spawn during finales.
