Cheap Basic Base Lvl 3

This is a level 3 cheap starter base made up of 130 Concrete Blocks with 800 hit points each. They upgrade an max out to Armoured Concrete Blocks with 2200 hit points each.

It takes 2 x Cement and 2 x Steel Plate per block. Which basically works out to 260 cement and 260 Steel Plate to max out this base.

Remember this only a starter base to and will not last forever. I hope this helps you out in your early days of gaming.
