Mô tả
A simple and straightforward mutator to adjust the target altitude of AI pilots when they get into a plane or helicopter. This allows for more variety in aircraft behavior, from high altitude airstrikes and air to air combat to low level nap-of-the-earth flights.

This mutator is inspired by Hijong park's mutator of the same name, but I have improved on it by removing the limits imposed by its usage of a slider configuration, and made it possible to precisely configure separate altitude changes for planes and helicopters.

Configurations
- Minimum/Maximum Helicopter Altitude Multiplier: You can set a lower and upper bound for the multiplier of the helicopter pilot's target flight altitude. The mutator will pick a value in between the bounds at random for each new pilot.
- Minimum/Maximum Plane Altitude Multiplier: Same but for fixed wing aircraft.
- Spec Ops Exfil Helicopter Altitude Multiplier: You can also control the target altitude of the exfil pilot that picks you up at the end of a Spec Ops mission. By default, the target altitude is a constant 80 (meters, most likely), but it is now possible to make this lower. Avoid values that are too low as it may cause the pilot to become stuck, or in some cases, fly their helicopter like a submarine beneath the water level. This value will override the ones configured for the Minimum/Maximum Helicopter Altitude Multiplier.
- Blacklist: Self explanatory. Input the names of any vehicles that you do not want to be affected by this mod, separating with a ; character. Remember that this mod will only apply to vehicles that fly.

In general, avoid values that are extremely high or extremely low (including negative values), as it may cause the AI pilots to fly beyond the reach of any unit on the ground or, conversely, make them more likely to collide with obstacles on the ground. A negative value will, in fact, prompt the pilot to try and fly below the ground.

@Electro lightning. No, I don't think so. Fine control over a bot's movements in vehicles does not seem to be possible currently via RS. It is possible to give them waypoints that they will then navigate to, but with planes, this is a bit difficult and probably going to end up being too janky and unreliable anyways.
If your planes are crashing all the time like that, then it may be an issue with the vehicle itself or the map just isn't designed well enough to accommodate their movement.

Fair enough

Is it possible to add a function that forces jets to only turn when reaching minimum altitude? I feel like jets like to just turn left or right and crash into wall when taking off

No, if you even think about running this mod with HavenM, your computer will explode with the force of approximately 1.267 B83 tactical nuclear bombs.
Just try it yourself.
