This glitch can be done anywhere on the map, but for the best results I recommend doing it at the place that is marked on the map above.

First off, climb on top of the ledge in front of the rail. It might be frustrating getting up on the ledge in the first place, so jumping from above will make it easier.

Next, you'll want to be on the ledge, and facing towards the bush as much as possible - looking forwards. Then you'll want to drop you board so it hangs like in the picture with the 2 front wheels hanging from the ledge, you can do this by pressing RB on Xbox, and R1 on Playstation.
(I'd also recommend placing a session marker)

Now with your board all set up in the right place, you'll want to face it at a sort of 45° angle with some space for a run-up. Then run at the board, and at the last moment
-when you reach the board- jump.

Now, if done correctly, you should be flung up into the air. Half the time you won't get into the air very far, which is why you should set your session marker on the ledge so you can redo it easily. If you get it absolutely perfect, you'll get launched into the air - high above the M-Corp Tower.
Who knows, maybe you'll even be able to get out of the map?
