Elite Tactics

Complete overhaul of the battle tactics. Compatible with ESG and Excellent Space 2, just load last.

The goal is to make using them meaningful and important depending on what your vs your enemies fleet compositions are.

Biggest change is the distortion tactics. They literally distort plasma and gravity, so I made them reduce energy / kinetic damage, respectively. Think of it as a secondary defensive perk vs energy / kinetic depending on what the situation is.

Turtle and Power to Shields have boosts to make them much better at defending yourself.

The recycling strategies now include penetration. Thinking of adding bonus experience as well, depending on feedback.


So far, I've only touched the initial starting tactics and science recycling. Will do the others later when I can figure out what to do with them.
