EDIT: You can call Otis sooner about the crypt if you enter the door in the back right of the cafe first.

Looks like you never got into the crypt. To get the Spelunker, Groundhog Day, and Where'd You Find That achievements you need to do that.

To find it, after talking to Otis in the cafe and he leaves, call him on your shoe phone. He will then tell you where to meet him to start heading toward the crypt.[spoiler/]
