The third group, Unused, are shells that are in the files but unobtainable in game
each shell has their in game and internal names listed like "in game/internal" e.g: "Ironsopod/Armor".

Croissant



















The Croissant shell can be brought from Optica with the Croissant:
The Croissant is hidden here behind some barrels in the ant's nest's pantry:

Lychee



















The Lychee shell can be brought from Optica with the Lychee Peel:
The Lychee Peel can be found in the top room of the wasteland tree:
Galaxy



















The Galaxy shell can be brought from Optica with the Meteorite:
The Meteorite is burried and can be dug up with the magnet here in the wasteland:

Echinarmadillidium



















The Echinarmadillidium shell can be brought from Optica with the Thistle:
To start you need to talk to gouda here:

once you've destroyed 34 speakers, return to gouda to get the Thistle
Nigiri/Sushi



















The Nigiri shell can be brought from Optica with the Fish Hook:
The Fish Hook is burried and can be dug up with the magnet here in the mangroves:

Porcelain



















The Porcelain shell can be brought from Optica with the Tea Cup:
The Tea Cup is inside the council building in dragonfly village here:


You use the nearby bell or climb the walls of the buildings to get ontop of the roof. then walk around the edge of the council building roof untill you're above the window/opening and drop down inside.

Yabby/Lobster



















The yabby shell can be brought from Optica with the Lobster Tail:
The Lobster Tail can be found here on the mangroves outside the dragonfly village:

Crab



















The Crab shell can be brought from Optica with the Crab Claw:
The Crab Claw is here in one of the cave rooms on the way to the whale fall:

Roly Lo-Poly/Retro



















The Roly Lo-Poly shell can be brought from Optica with the Game Cartridge:
The Game Cartridge is burried and can be dug up with the magnet here in the second level:

Clown



















The Clown shell can be brought from Optica with the Honeydew:
First you need to accept a task from Theo, found here in the first level:

Theo will ask you to destroy these 5 billboards:

Once you've destroyed the 5 billboards, return to Theo to get the Honeydew
Caterpillar




















The Caterpillar shell can be brought from Optica with the Tasty Leaf:
apparently comes from eating the leaves that give you shields? if you've not gotten this by the time you beat the game then just eat leaves until you get it.
Kintsugisopod/Kintsugi



















The Kintsugisopod shell can be brought from Optica with the Kintsugi Vase:
First you need to accept a task from Virgil, found here in the mangroves:

Virgil will ask you to Smash 100 Clay Pots.
once you've collected 100 pot fragments return to Virgil to get the Kintsugi Vase.
Giant Deep Sea/Giant



















The Giant Deep Sea shell can be brought from Optica with the Meat Cube:
The Meat Cube is hidden up here next to the heart in the whale fall:




Ironsopod/Armor



















The Ironsopod shell can be brought from Optica with the Helmet:
The Helmet is burried and can be dug up with the magnet here in the first level:


Bee



















The Bee shell can be brought from Optica with the Bee Coin:
The Bee Coin is burried and can be dug up with the magnet here in the dragonfly village:

Unused
Skins that can only be equipped by editing the IsopodSkin property in your save file

Do you know where i get the retro one? i have a rough idea of where the rest are just by reading the item name but this one stands out
