Overview
Overview
Fishing is a skill that involves catching fish from Fishing Zones found throughout public spaces in Origins. These spots are marked by a wooden fish sign which, when left-clicked, opens the skill interface, providing an overview, access to the Fishing store, and relevant stats.

Fishing allows you to earn XP which levels up your Fishing level and Fishing Rod, while earning fish tokens to spend on exclusive furni in the Fishing store. A higher Fishing level allows you to catch fish with better XP, while a better Fishing Rod increases the multiplier for both normal fish and Golden Fish (which can only be caught through the "Hook Havoc" minigame). 🐟

Objective & Requirements
Objective
This guide offers a comprehensive overview of the Fishing skill and helps you get started. By the end, you'll be able to navigate through the Fishing skill and have a clear understanding of the mechanics, rewards, and progression system. 🎯

Requirements
✅ Access to public Fishing Zones (Infobus Park to start)
✅ Level 30 to unlock Port Hana
✅ Level 70 to unlock Snouthill Pier
Fishing Zone Locations
Fishing Zones can be found in public spaces.

Available Fishing Zones:
🌊 Infobus Park - Levels 1-29 / Your starting location! Cast your line here until you reach level 30.

🌊 Port Hana - Levels 30-69 (Requires Level 30) / Your next challenge! Move here once you hit level 30.

🌊 Snouthill Pier - Level 70+ (Requires Level 70) / The ultimate fishing challenge! The most advanced fishing location with the best rewards.

Step 1: Head to Your Fishing Zone
Starting Out (Levels 1-29):
Navigate to Infobus Park and look for Fishing Zones marked by a wooden fish sign with swimming fish shadows.

Progressing (Level 30+):
Once you reach level 30, move to Port Hana for better catches and rewards.

Advanced (Level 70+):
At level 70, unlock Snouthill Pier for the ultimate fishing experience and exclusive rewards!

💡 Move closer to the Fishing Zone and wait a few seconds if fish haven't spawned yet.
Step 2: Start Fishing
When you spot fish swimming in circles, move closer to the Fishing Zone and left-click on the shadow. This will bring out your Fishing Rod, and you'll receive a message each time you catch a fish, including its name and the XP earned.

What You'll Catch:
🐟 Different types of fish (and occasionally frogs!)
⭐ Each fish gives varying amounts of XP
📈 Higher Fishing levels = better catches and rewards

Fish variety may vary based on:
🕒 Time of day
📆 Day of the week
❄️ Season
📍 Fishing Zone location
Step 3: Keep Fishing Until the Spot is Done
Once your Fishing Rod is out and you're consistently fishing, you don't need to do anything until the fish in your current spot are gone. Your Fishing Rod will disappear once all the fish in that spot have been caught.

When this happens, you'll need to move to another spot in a different zone to continue fishing. The time it takes for a spot to be "done" is random; it could take just one fish or a few.

🔁 Rinse and repeat and enjoy the grind!!
Hook Havoc: Golden Fish Mini-game
Occasionally you'll trigger the fishing mini-game: Hook Havoc! 🎣✨

How to Play:
Balance your fishing line using "Q" (left) and "E" (right) to keep the arrow in the middle while the bar fills up before time runs out.

Tips:
💡 Tap keys repeatedly instead of holding — holding may overbalance the line
💡 Difficulty is random each time

Results:
❌ Fail = the fish escapes
✅ Success = you catch a Golden Fish and earn:
Bonus XP
Extra Fish Tokens
A fish that hangs on your rod while walking!

After catching (or losing) the Golden Fish, left-click on the circling fish to continue fishing.
Fishing Frenzy Event
At random times during the day, a Fishing Frenzy event begins! 🎉

Event Details:
⏰ Lasts 10-15 minutes
🐠 During this time, you'll ONLY catch Golden Fish!
💰 Maximum XP and token rewards

Strategy:
Make the most of this rare event by fishing continuously throughout the duration. This is your chance to rapidly boost your Fishing level and stack up those Fish Tokens! 🚀
Rewards & Collectibles
🐟 Fish Tokens & The Fish Store
Collect Fish Tokens while fishing and trade them for exclusive rewards like special Fish furni or the iconic fishing hat (available in Update Habbo details). Important: Furni can't be traded – it's yours to keep!

🏅 Fishing Badge
Randomly receive the exclusive Fishing Badge straight into your inventory while fishing. Can only be obtained once – a true mark of a dedicated angler!

🍾 Fishing Bottles
Randomly receive one of 10 unique Fishing Bottles straight into your hand. Each variant can only be collected once, and they're non-tradable – true collector's items!

🗿 Fish Statues

Randomly receive one of three Fish Statues while fishing:

🥉 Bronze - Found at Infobus Park
🥈 Silver - Found at Port Hana
🥇 Gold - Found at Snouthill Pier (Rare!)

Like bottles, they're non-tradable trophies to show off your fishing skills!
