[HAM] - Zeus Camera Fix

Details:
- Allows the Zeus to pitch their camera up which is normally restricted.
- Much better for screenshots.

What is H.A.M.?
- Huntsman's Admin Menu made for use in Public Zeus lobbies to give Zeus more on the fly control over the battlefield.

- Profiling Branch recommended but not required for all my scripts.
- Only works on servers with zeusCompositionScriptLevel = 2;
