[HAM] - Fallen Tree Roadblock (Livonia v2)

Details:
- A fallen tree that can be used to block roads or cause chokepoints for an ambush.
- IMPORTANT: At first, the tree can be walked through, move the tree into the position that you wish then delete the helipad to make the tree solid. The tree cannot be deleted.

What is H.A.M.?
- Huntsman's Admin Menu made for use in Public Zeus lobbies to give Zeus more on the fly control over the battlefield.

- Profiling Branch recommended but not required for all my scripts.
- Only works on servers with zeusCompositionScriptLevel = 2;
