[HAM] - Spawn Sea Mines

Details:
- Create a naval minefield in one click.
- By default it will spawn 20 mines within 60 meters range at a depth of 2 meters from the surface. You can change these parameters in the activation line if you wish.

What is H.A.M.?
- Huntsman's Admin Menu made for use in Public Zeus lobbies to give Zeus more on the fly control over the battlefield.

- Profiling Branch recommended but not required for all my scripts.
- Only works on servers with zeusCompositionScriptLevel = 2;
