If you've 100% Lego Games long enough, then you've probably run into some kind of save corruption issues at some point were (usually in the hub/open world of any given game) some puzzle saves weirdly or you didn't get the collectible but the game's flag checks already determined that you did in your save.

This means 100%ing these games for fun or achievements is held together by hopes and prayers. I myself haven't experienced this in every single TT lego game, but the few that i have include Skywalker Saga, Lord of the Rings & of course the subject of this quick guide. Harry Potter Years 1-4, specifically the Collection Version of it. I had to 100% it twice over a span of 2 weeks. Which while very unfortunate, this proved to be the second most fun game to 100% other than Lego Indiana Jones 2.

The second time around i decided to be extra careful with making backup saves and noting down what collectibles i already grabbed. And today im sharing those saves since the manner i went about it was very strict.

First i used cheat codes for every single red brick since that doesn't screw up completion in these games (whether or not this gives you the red brick achievement im not sure, but if your reading this than i assume you probably got that far in your save anyway), not to mention Fast Magic in this game is essential. Then i played the story while doing the absolute bare minimum behind a few slip ups. Which i have noted down in a text file.

Following that, i freeplayed all 24 levels, getting True Wizard, House Crests, Student in Peril & the 3 Unlockable Characters in Each, then buying all said characters. The 24 story levels + Their mini sets in the basement add up to 100 Gold Bricks. Factoring in Story-mode lessons my count was 117 before clearing out Hogwarts.

Afterwards i went through Hogwarts cluster by cluster making sure none of the student in perils glitched out as i went. And once all that was done, i went and did the 10 Bonus levels, leaving only the Gold Brick Shop and Voldemort Level to do in the final save i provided.

My saves won't help much to get the House Crest Achievements or anything like that unless you fancy replaying all the post story content. But it will help with 50 Student in Perils, 200 Gold Bricks, All Characters, and of Course the 100% Achievement if your save is bricked.

The saves i provided are located in Slot 3, but you can rename the files to be whichever slot you like. I also added the Metadata File which is not needed but it was updated along with the save if you wish to care.
