Basics
Deltarune has many furniture items you can find throughout the Dark Worlds and bring to your castle town.

Most of them are gotten by just interacting with objects. Not all of them are obtainable in one playthrough though, as a few require you to choose one or the other.

Keep in mind that many of these don't appear in Chapter 4 due to Ralsei combining Kris and Susie's rooms for a tea party. They'll presumably return to normal in Chapter 5.

The end results will be at the end of the guide (behind spoilers, if you care about that).

Thank you to the Deltarune Wiki[deltarune.wiki] (not the fandom one, the good one) for compiling all this info.
Chapter 1
Manual & Lamp

Hold onto the manual Ralsei gives you for the entire chapter. If done, he will put the manual next to a lamp on Kris's nightstand in their room. This is also the default decoration if your save file doesn't have chapter 1 completion data.

Trash can

If you instead toss the manual in front of Ralsei then he will put a trash can on Kris's nightstand. Note that you must toss the manual two times in front of Ralsei, as he will pick it up and return it to you after your first attempt. Be prepared to hurt his feelings.

Moss

While in the jail cell in Card Castle, consume the moss in the corner. Doing this will grant you decorative moss in Kris's room.

Chapter 2
NOTE: NONE OF THESE ITEMS CAN BE OBTAINED ON A SNOWGRAVE/WEIRD ROUTE FILE (except the trash can).

Plushes

After the ball-toss game you have the choice to give a present to either Susie, Ralsei, Noelle, or Berdly. Inside the present contains a corresponding plush. Only Susie and Ralsei's plush show up in your Castle Town. You can only pick one, so choose wisely.

Giving the present to Susie will add a Susie plush to her room in Castle Town.

Giving the present to Ralsei will add a Ralsei plush to his room in Chapter 4.

Susie statue

Interact with the statue in Noelle's room in Queen's Mansion to add it to Susie's room.

ICE-E statue

Interact with this... thing to add it to Kris's room in Chapter 2. Susie will move it to Ralsei's room in Chapter 4 though.

Trash can

Not to be confused with the trash can in Kris's room. This item can only be obtained if you DID NOT grab the ICE-E statue. Should you do this, the trash can will appear in Ralsei's room in Chapter 4. This is also the default decoration if your save file does not have Chapter 2 data.

Chapter 3
Golden Tenna Statue

THIS ONE DOES NOT APPEAR YET IN CHAPTER 3 OR 4, LIKELY DUE TO RALSEI'S TEA PARTY. IT WILL PRESUMABLY APPEAR IN KRIS'S ROOM IN CHAPTER 5.

This one is the most complicated to get so buckle in.

In Chapter 3 there's a gacha ball machine that grants you various prizes in exchange for points. It's behind the B-rank door so you must get a B or higher to be able to access it.

The way it works is you give it 100 points minimum for a random prize. There's 12 normal prizes, 5 gold prizes, and 12 "fortunes". The more points you give the higher your chance at a gold prize. However, the Golden Tenna Statue isn't considered a gold prize for some reason, so for the purposes of this guide I recommend just paying 100 points over and over until you get it.

I advise you attempt this after the second board when you'll likely have a lot of points.

The ball machine disappears after you do you 1225 secret, so keep that in mind when planning. If you don't know what I'm talking about, try giving the machine 1225 points and see what happens.

Chapter 4
NOTE: These items do not appear in Chapter 4 but will presumably be added to your Castle Town in Chapter 5.

Ladder

In the Dark Sanctuary talk to Susie while she is inspecting the briefcase. This is done in the room with the telescope.

Couch Pillow

Talk to Susie while she is in front of the couch in the Dark Sanctuary. If you first tell Ralsei to park his butt, you will be locked out of getting this item. Make sure you talk to Susie first.

End Result
Kris's room:

(Trash can is replaced by lamp & manual if you hold onto the manual for all of Chapter 1. It's also the default decoration if you skip chapter 1)

Susie's room:

Ralsei's room:

(If you didn't grab ICE-E in Chapter 2 it will be replaced by a trash can. The trash can is also the default decoration if you skipped Chapter 2.

Personally I choose the Susie plush.

While the Ralsei plush is great, it kinda ruins the cutscene where you see his room for the first time. Like the whole point is that its empty, but that mood is ruined when there's a silly plush sitting in the corner lol.

Also there's a joke where when Susie brings in the trash can / ICE-E thing, the flavor text reads "By the process of elimination, this is the best thing in the room". Joke being that it's the only thing in the room. But this text is still there if you have the Ralsei plush in the room, so the joke doesn't work.

Just feels tacked on tbh. If the plush appeared afterwards (like if Kris handed it to Ralsei at the end of the cutscene) it'd be fine.

Which pictures? The final ones? They're behind spoilers, you have to hover your cursor above the black square. I'll probably make them not spoilers tbh

If not those then idk everything else loads fine for me

Damn I didn't expect to get this much positive feedback, especially for a guide on a niche feature. Thanks guys!

I'll update this when Chapter 5 drops (hopefully then Toby will give me my damn Tenna Statue!). I divided the guide by chapter but in retrospect I think it would be better if each piece of furniture had its own section, so that you could see all of them in the sidebar. Would make it easier to find the specific items you want. So I may reformat it in the future, clarify some details, and maybe add some screenshots to help show where the items are located.
