The cruise that brings you back to life (Standalone map)

Welcome aboard !
Path of the Zenith is the first fully playable cruise ship map in Project Zomboid.
Designed as a true 1990s luxury cruise liner, it can accommodate up to 200 passengers and 50 crew members.
This map offers a unique survival experience: living aboard a giant of the seas, isolated in the middle of the ocean, with all the amenities and living areas of a real cruise ship spread over seven decks.


Deck Overview
Deck 0:
  • Engine rooms, technical areas
Deck 1:
  • Crew quarters
  • Secondary command office
  • Medical bay
  • Security post
Deck 2:
  • Shopping gallery: restaurants, jewelry store, hair salon, pharmacy, clothing, mini supermarket
  • Access to standard and economy cabins
Deck 3:
  • Main atrium and ship entrance hall
  • Two-story main restaurant
  • Conference and performance hall
  • Cyber Café and daycare
  • Outdoor promenades with cafés
  • Bow bar
Deck 4:
  • Games and recreation area
  • Spiffo Bowling
  • Library and access to VIP suites
Deck 5:
  • Hanging gardens and indoor mini golf
  • Nightclub
  • VHS rental
  • Laundry service
  • Penthouse suites
Deck 6 (aft):
  • Sports courts (basketball, football, tennis)
  • Fitness area (gym, bikes, punching bag)
  • Indoor pool and two outdoor pools (including a paddling pool)
  • Sunbed areas
Deck 6 (forward):
  • Command bridge
  • Administrative offices and meeting room
  • Security post and CCTV room
  • Emergency infirmary
  • Evacuation helipad on the upper deck


Notes
- A unique survival experience focused on resource management and the claustrophobia of confined spaces.
- Everything needed for long-term survival is available: hidden fishing spots, fuel, generators, and farming supplies.
- Functional elevators (as long as power is running): thanks to evilgrin for the original mod adapted for this map.
- Design inspired by 1990s cruise liners.
- Standalone map: the ship is located alone in the middle of the ocean.
A second version, docked in Louisville’s port, is available.
- Multiplayer: elevators work, but current in-game VOIP may cause unrealistic sound behavior (voices between decks).

Important notes for Build 42 – please read carefully
- Some chairs and beds are not fully optimised for B42 animations
- Modded doors are not 3D animated
- In game map is not available (it's just the ship in an ocean)
- This map requires only the following tile mods:
[B41/B42] Melos Tiles for Miles Tilepack
Erika's tiles [B41/B42]
PertsPartyTiles[B41/B42]
It’s important that you manually enable these mods one by one, and make sure they are loaded before the map in the load order.

had a minor heart attack when i first spawned, managed to secure a room, made a break for the bottom deck where i assumed all the good weapons would be, used said weapons to clear the map, got blind drunk and burned the whole thing to the ground. good fun :GDEasy:

I'm working on B42 version. I have to create new tiles, because Dylan, Simon MD and throttlekitty's tiles aren't available in B42. This map will be available in B42 in a week or two :spiffo:

You guys are being a little harsh. All Zara said was that he thought it's weird to still make mods for an older version. No need to react like a bunch of wasps

B41 is the current stable branch with multplayer. People still play B41. Its unfair to be this harsh because its running the latest version.
