Choose your own votes to play with Twitch Mode

Update 2.0
Players with the mod can vote in game if host allows chat voting.
type /vote a/b/c/d/e

If you're the host:
- Set Twitch Settings to enable all blessings and enable weekly events if official option
- Set Allow Chat Vote and configure available votes in mod option
