Some plants will regrow after being chopped down or removed by buildings.

Some example but not all:

　　　　Energy flower
　　Yellow Desert Island
　　　　Flower tree
　　Green Jungle Island
　　　　Most plants and trees
　　Toxic Island
　　　　Mold

Placement and re-roll tips:
　　You can cover every tile except a few to concentrate regrowing plants in a single spot.
　　You can remove those 1–2 pod flowers and let them regrow to reroll for 3 pod flowers.
　　For the Flower Tree on Yellow Desert Island, you can reroll all to 8 Flower Trees.
