Love to state the fact i received a ban for exiling skibidi users, and yet those guys get no punishment for uploading borderline QR scams into "reuploads"? Rubat is on some crap man.

Anyways this script will prevent those QR code popups from appearing and will tell you to unsubscribe said malicious addons. It will also block HTTP requests to cheapmachinerywail and smoothbestowed. If you have any siren head crap installed, you may get false positives.

Its a bit ironic, that a few weeks after I had started a discussion thread about why it was an extremely "bad" idea to port "Garry's Mod" to mobile, the pop-up QR adverts stopped showing up.(especially after I had mentioned how increasingly aggressive the pop-ups were getting in nature!)

the media player never worked for me but i guess i can whitelist common stuff like youtube, just list the blocked url's here and we'll unblock them

great work on this. i saw a suspicious addon a few days ago and only looked through the lua script without testing it ingame, so that's what it does, huh. what's even going on with this workshop anymore?
