Unreal Tournament Player models from the free project that comes with the UDK Editor.

Yes, this is possible.
You can actually make custom player models for VCD as devs actually made that possible and one just has to create new ini files that then loads them.
This also comes with the unused player model name display (for the unused player customisation settings window).
They really should bring that back as once i import more models, it will be hard to get the one you want to play as.
(Best is to use the map i made that allows the use of that unused menu!)

And "probably" yes, as i have seen, once could simply port most of Unreal Tournament custom player models over but the materials then need to be fixed as those render black if too close (or someone that understands model rigging could do that also).
UT, Runestorm's Crucible Mod and Rooks Keep all have the same skeletal mesh bones for the player models what explains why they work with VCD also.

YOU NEED TO HAVE THE UT VEHICLES TO BE INSTALLED TO USE THIS!
That's because this uses the meshes from that as modifying all the packages would take some time do to.

In multiplayer every player needs to have it installed!
