1) If Godot crashes without output, check log files in your user data directory (usually at %APPDATA%/Godot/logs or %APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata) ➔ sometimes these can provide clues not shown in the editor GUI
2) If logs are missing, try running Godot from a terminal/command prompt to catch any error messages that appear during startup: [YOUR ENGINE PATH] --editor --path [YOUR PROJECT FOLDER]

3) Also, try opening your project in recovery mode to see if the editor can load it in a safe state.

4) Launch with OpenGL Compatibility: command line argument `--rendering-driver opengl3` to force OpenGL

you should probably also set stuff like game tickets or map rotation etc, just play around with Portal website, it's pretty intuitive ;)
