There's many variations of goat horns (see Draenei for humanoid adaptations). Tieflings can have goat, antelope, gazelle, etc. horns (sometimes smooth, sometimes covered in spikes and ridges). A quick search for 'demon horns' shows goat- and bull-like horns, but also a lot of variations where I'm not sure they come from any type of animal. And I'm not going to start with antlers...
Ok, sorry for rambling, but what I meant was: I might need a bit more detail. Otherwise I'll be busy making horn models/textures for the next few months ;)
Bigger ears are definitely doable (more forward oriented and maybe a bit wider than the wolf ears).
For the tail, I need to do a little more research on how to create better fur textures (not 100% happy with the wolf tail textures).
