(Patch) In-Game Camouflage Selector Fix Patch

Description
I found that currently selecting the crowbar and lockpicks from this mod causes units to be unable to use them properly. This patch replaces a file related to equipment like the crowbar. The main modification involves adding FeetOfSteel to all units, while also replacing the previously non-functional crowbar and lockpicks with the original versions that work correctly. It should not cause conflicts. If the original author updates and fixes the issue, I may only keep the FeetOfSteel modification.

@np7 Correct, enable IGCS first, then enable this mod.

Thanks, I've seen that this is an issue when using the mod.
in what load order should this be applied? Just after the IGCS?
