By jumping with enough height on to a slope that allows you to wall jump off of it, you can just barely jump over to the platform with one of the repulsars that is shown in the video. You need to jump one more time once your character has interacted with the side of the platform to get that slight height boost that's necessary. I do not know how to get the other repulsar but it doesn't really matter since you can just get two from on weapon pedestal. To reach the repulsar as consistantly as possible I suggest staying close to the wall as you jump for the slope to reach the height necessary to get up on the platform.

Theres is also a second way: If you jump as soon as you land on a slope you won't actually bounce off of it, so by spamming jump as you land on the slope you will be able to reach the hand grenades.

Bonus tip: If you just want the hand grenades and don't care about the high ground/the repulsars, you can simply jump next to the slope and barely reach the grenade pedestal as shown below in the video.

Now you can enjoy hand grenades and repulsars while your opponents will wonder how the hell you reached those.
