I used to play this game a lot but after a while, i realized that the game had much more potential. So what I did was, I started editing stats, costs, requirements, and the like.

The mod deals with:

1. Unit availability and costs:
Have you ever wished to field the entirety of the German/Soviet Arsenal? Well, you can do that now.
As the USSR you now have the option to unlock late war equipment and units.
As Germany you now can field a greater variety of troops; e.g. the King Tiger

2. Buildings
You no longer need commanders for most defensive structures.
You can now construct a manpower outpost

3. Ability costs
You now have to pay for artillery/rocket barrages using munitions albeit the recharge time for such units has been
greatly reduced.



I will try expanding the mod for the other factions in the future.
