Gold Bell HD - Reanimation Fix.

This is an HD version of the same bell that was released to replace the knife for Serious Sam Classics by Mercenary_3750

Hit enemies on the head to make their eardrums burst!
Now with animations from Bazar!

Inside:
- Replacing the knife model.
- Replacing the icon.
- New hit sound.
- Fix for Bazar's HD reanimation.

Disadvantages:
- INERTAN message not changed
- From a third-person model looks funny... Although personally I find it a plus :D
