Tyrion Splash Attack Resize

Here's a simple mod.

Tyrion riding on Malhandir has a very outdated splash attack angle.
Because of this, regardless of Tyrion’s stats, he suffers from severely reduced performance in battle.

Therefore, this mod resizes the splash attack radius of mounted Tyrion so that his original performance can be fully realized at 100%.
