Unlocking this third act won’t be easy, especially if you haven’t thoroughly explored the map or engaged with most of the side quests. Also, keep in mind that this guide contains some spoilers—if you’d prefer to avoid them until after you’ve beaten the final boss, come back later.

These are the requirements:

• Complete all side quests in the game, whether by finding characters on the map or by checking the quest boards in Bone Bottom, Bellhart, and Songclave in Choral Chambers.
  
• Find all of Mooshka’s Fleas and trigger his relocation three times until he reaches his final destination. To do this, you’ll need to talk to him once you’ve collected a certain number of fleas.
  
• Obtain your first Bell Home in Bellflower Village. This will unlock naturally while you’re completing the side quests.
  
• Defeat Lace in The Cradle before facing the game’s final boss. You’ll pass through this area on your way, so it’s impossible to miss.

If some side quests aren’t showing up for you, it’s likely because you need to meet certain prerequisites first, such as unlocking new areas or interacting with hidden characters across the map. For this reason, we recommend using the interactive map we’ve published to guide you.

⚠️ Warning: This step is irreversible for your save file. Make sure you’ve done everything you want before moving forward, since you might not be able to access certain content later.



Once you’ve completed all the requirements listed in the previous section, head to the Caretaker of the Songclave, located in the Choral Chambers. He’ll give you a quest called “Silk and Soul”, which you’ll need to complete in order to proceed with the new storyline.
This quest involves gathering four different items scattered throughout Farloom.

After collecting all the items, return to the Caretaker and hand them over. From here, you’ll gain a new main objective alongside the one you already had. Finally, you’ll need to head to the final battle and defeat the Great Mother Silk. Be careful though—when you reach the linking phase, you’ll see a new option: use the Needolin.



Select this new option to finish off the boss and watch the game’s credits roll. Everything seems normal so far, right? Well, once you’re back at the main menu, select Start Game and you’ll notice your save slot is covered in black vines or threads. To break them, you’ll need to click on the slot several times.

After doing this, your game will begin and you’ll officially enter Act 3. I won’t spoil what comes next, but I can tell you that from this point forward you’ll be able to unlock new abilities and items.
