Semi-HD RPG (I can't believe I can read the text!)

For a simple run-down on what this addon does, this increases the resolution of the RPG texture from 512x512 doubled to 1024x1024, using a mishmash of the 2003 HL2 beta leak and Retail HL2 textures to make it possible while keeping it 100% clean and accurate to the vanilla textures used in-game. This also includes the Phong/Normal maps size being increased in resolution too.

I always had a small nitpick of the Rebel Rocket Propelled Grenade launcher in this mod that you can really see upclose to the model that you can fully tell the texture has a deep low resolution with how majorly blurry it is as its up close to the camera that overall makes the texture stick out from the other weapons like a sore thumb, so I made this out of wanting to do a "fix" for that minor nitpick for a long while and just wanting to make a double resolution texture out of sheer boredom too.
