The Condomínio do Edifício Engenheiro Roberto Palomo in the city of Campina Grande in Brazil, is a mid-20th-century modernist building that reflects the city’s period of economic growth and urban modernisation. With a narrow façade opening onto Rua Maciel Pinheiro and deep galleries on the ground floor linking two central streets, it combines functionality with urban connectivity. Rising eleven stories, each with a standardised floor plan of multiple offices, the building became a hub for commercial, professional, and service activities. Despite its aging infrastructure and need for maintenance today, it remains a central landmark and a significant example of modern architecture in the city’s historic core.
