Fixed Guaranteed Start [REP+]

This is a fix/remake of the original Guaranteed Start.

Features:
- Replace the item ONLY in the first Treasure Room of the run *you go in* (that means u can skip for planetarium) with a 3 or more quality item.

- Only Treasure Room Pool.

- It works with mods using that pool. (as far as i tested)

- Repentance+

- It's my first mod :D

it is necessary to disable the original mod.

I had to basically re-write all of the code due to a new bug in recent updates of rep+. I'm pretty sure it's because the Isaac.GetItemConfig().GetCollectibles() function; as the API Lua Doc says: "This function is broken and returns userdata."
Don't quote me on that tho, idk how often the doc updates and i'm completely new with this modding stuff.

Known Bug (?):
- If you re-roll the item, and results in Glowing Hourglass, and then u use it; the previous chosen item by the mod will not appear, instead, it will be the (probably) original item of the seed.
