Siberian Map

描述
Siberian map without population, loosely based on the Zaliv Melkovodnyy bay (61.67N; 162.94W). The map only has 3 early start soviet land conections. Exports to the west must be carried out by ship or plane. It offers large quantities of oil for refining and export. In lore, it could be the main drive that led to the colonization of the area in the 1930's.
