The CUTTY SNARK is the ION FLEET's Asteroid Miner/FLEET TENDER. It has a K-38si ION Spacecraft/Reentry Vehicle, a Captain's Flying Chair ION Rover, and a Model SUPRA Remote Flyable/Deploy-able Fuel Cell (it has a Guidance Pod) as it's compliment. There are 2 Sci Lab Jr's one on the K-38si and one on the CUTTY. Like all the Vessels in the ION FLEET it has a 2/3rds Cruise Speed and a 1/3 AFK Speed on the IONs and can run for hours. You can set up maneuvers in the distance (time) and dial in the Throttle to match and it's like setting a course. The CUTTY arrives on station in an Interplanetary Orbit with 23,000 units of Liquid Fuel for Maneuvers and Captures.
The SLUGGO Interplanetary Lifter is a specialized unit and recommended for all Massive Non-Warp Flight Interplanetary endeavors.
It is designed for a vertical punch out and will detach at a point where it will reenter to avoid clutter around Kerbin with the CUTTY about one minute of ION Prograde flight time away from an Interplanetary Orbit. It must be launched manually. It uses the Thrust Limiter on the RHINO's to establish the decouple altitude.
For the CUTTY they are set at around 85%
Because of the way the CUTTY ION's into an Interplanetary Orbit it offers interesting navigational options.
**There is a Liquid Fuel Stage at around 50K ALT that can be easily missed.
The SNARK's are designed for extended voyages out into the Asteroid Belt and to be able to reposition Asteroids. The CUTTY is rated for MEDIUM sized ASTEROIDS.
It is more than capable of bringing small to medium Asteroids back to Kerbin.
A secondary design goal is the ability to create an Asteroid Field orbiting DUNA.

* There are Action Groups to manipulate the Panel, Engines, and Toggle the Clamps.
* For this package all the Docking Ports are set to Enable Cross-Feed with the priorities set on the secondary Craft to use those last so it is advised that the fuel levels be checked on any Secondary Craft prior to un-docking.
