Quest: - Kill 100 cactus with Thorns damage

Quest: - Kill 100 cactus with Thorns damage
  • Hero: Bush
  • Location: Desert Tier 1
  • Challenge - Hyper
  • Slots: 2 weapons and 3 tomes. (To remove extra slots, sell them in the shop)
  • You can take any second weapon, but it's advisable to take shotgun
  • Use the right mouse button to move the crosshair away from cacti and kill them with thorns
  • Don't upgrade your weapon too much, so you kill enemies with the thorns

Tomes:
  • Thorns - Key tome for completing the quest, always take it when it appears
  • Armor
  • Bloody Tome

Stats and Items:
  • Pick items and upgrades that give you armor, regeneration, and life steal
  • Do not take evasion, as it will interfere with thorns activation

Start:
  • If cacti appear but you don't have thorns yet, try not to kill the cacti
  • Cacti can appear at any moment, even in the last minute

Something to note: thorns also kills cacti if you get hit with their projectile. You don't have to (and probably shouldnt) run into them. Just choose melee items as athena and go far away, and stand in the barrage. Easy and quick 100 kills.

chrystales, Due to the damage tome, your weapon will start killing enemies before the thorns do. If you lack thorn damage, upgrade them, thorns starts one-shotting regular small enemies from level 2 tome

Based on my testing, Thorn damage is affected by Damage multipliers, so perhaps the Damage tome can be optional 4th pick?
