For those of yall that prefer a generic, in-universe bolt action sniper.
Basically a complete overhaul of MaxG3D's old R700 mod that makes it more "Valve-like," Such as new textures (taken from the grenade launcher) and vanilla-like animations.

Replaces the Scout and comes with a custom HUD icon.

@NECROMANCER I see. Well hopefully they do add that in a future update because aside from that minor detail I REALLY like this particular Scout rifle mod.

@TimeSweeperAdam it's because they didn't add the scout_clipin_locked sound event to this and only added the scout_clipin sound for the reload's sound events
