Columbina (Lit. Little Dove, Russian: Голубиные, Latin: Columbidae), also known as Kuutar (Lit. Lady Moon, Russian: Куутар, Finnish: Kuuttara) titled as the Moon Maiden, is a NPC from Genshin Impact. She is the Moon Goddess worshipped by the Frostmoon Scions in Nod-Krai. Under her codename The Damselette, she was formerly the Third of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. After realizing that they only sought her power, she left the Fatui and is currently hiding in the Silvermoon Hall at Hiisi Island to rest and recover her strength.
