So you want the Infinite Amount of Pity achievement, how do you do it?

The end goal is to receive >=66,666 Sulf Coin out of the Church's collection box.
This goal can be reached in two different ways.

Method 1: All at once
The Church collection box determines how much Sulf Coin to dispense after a death by taking the total value of the player's inventory, including Sulf Coin on the player at the time of death, and dividing by ten. This means that if the Church collection box is empty, the player must have 666,666 Sulf Coin in equipment and/or money in their inventory when they die.
This means that the player can take nothing but 666,666 Sulf Coin into an area to die and the collection box will dispense 66,666 Sulf Coin, granting the achievement.

Method 2: Multiple deaths
Upon the player's death the Church collection box does not replace the previous number of Sulf coin inside with a new value. Instead, it adds the new value to the old value and does not return to zero until the player opens the box to receive the Sulf coin. The achievement does not count multiple openings of the box, and must have all 66,666 dispensed at once. Since there is currently no way to check the Collection box's contents without opening it, the player must keep track or estimate the total inside until it is >=66,666 Sulf Coin.

I found saving up >666,666 Sulf coin and using method 1 the most convenient way since I didn't have to worry about not opening the box until I was ready. You can also do this after you have unlocked the millionaire achievement when you just so happen to already have enough.
