Could probably remove collision on tunnel ceilings, sure! They would need one-sided visibility too for the camera and with no active sun it's probably fine. Glad you didn't note the many seam gaps between road and side since the original has extensive and crude overlaps almost everywhere.
First, M'aiq found that larger vehicles like semi trucks, the Motorhome and busses are too tall for the tracks, colliding with the overpasses.
Second, this one has encountered the track limit bug, caused by having too many tracks installed, a bug that causes the track menu to hide any tracks past the game engine limited amount of 128 items per menu list.
To avoid this, M'aiq recommends combining both tracks (and any future additions) into a sub-list, like your other track packs.
M'aiq wishes you well, and thanks you for bringing many of his childhood race tracks back from the dead. ^_^
