Mr C Reshade Preset

Description
My reshade preset file for CTA. It removes the blur and cleans up the default gfx without any performance hit. Works for all lighting and weather conditions in game. You will need to have the free Reshade software instaled to use this file. Note I will not be providing feedback or tutorials on how to use Reshade. DO NOT ACTIVATE IN GAME IT WILL NOT WORK IT REQUIRES THE FREE RESHADE SOFTWARE FROM reshade.me
