Solution for being stuck at 30 FPS even when all graphics are set to Low — follow these steps:
1. Go to the game settings, under the Graphics section.
2. In Global Graphics Quality, set it to Medium.
3. Then manually change every setting to Low.
⚠️ Do NOT use the Global Graphics Quality setting to set everything to Low — it won’t work correctly.
4. This should now allow you to go above 30 FPS on Low settings.
RESOLUTION CHANGE
If changing the screen resolution doesn’t apply correctly, do the following:

1. Set the resolution you want and click Apply.
2. IMPORTANT STEP: Press Alt + Tab to tab out of the game.
This forces the resolution change to apply properly in-game.
3. Tab back into the game. Everything should now be working fine.

You can now adjust other graphics settings as you prefer.
WHEN RESTARTING THE GAME
If you close and reopen the game, it will be locked again at 30 FPS. Do this:

1. Go to Graphics Settings and click "Reset to Default".
2. Repeat the steps listed in the 30 FPS fix section above.

⚠️ NOTE: You must do these steps every time you restart the game. This is currently the only known solution.
EXTRA NOTES (IMPORTANT TO READ)
You can test different graphics settings, resolutions, or upscaling methods for the best experience on your system.

Yes, this process is a bit tedious, but it’s the only working method I’ve found so far.

I’m sharing this for players who want to play on lower settings but with higher FPS.

If anyone has a better solution, feel free to share it in the comments!
TO CHECK YOUR FPS
If you're unsure what FPS you're getting, use Steam’s built-in performance tools:

1. Open Steam Settings.
2. Go to In-Game and enable the "Performance Overlay" or "FPS Counter".
3. In-game, press Shift + Tab to bring up the Steam overlay — the FPS counter should be visible.

plus guys whove commented problems in this section, i hope youve subscribed to see it but things generally being invisible, it helps to spectate other people around you and come back, reload, wait or whatever and this game is just cpu intensive sadly

THANK YOU so much ive been stuck at 30fps while the game looks like crap and now i have 60 fps and the game looks like crap

Why is my CPU usage so high for this game? Even putting the graphics to low (not through global) it runs 60-80%. Then I put the global quality down to low and CPU is fine. I'm not even running a crap setup I just don't understand

can someone help me why some parts of the map are invincible and i have tried everything, i cannot do some missions because the jumps and rails are completely invincible.
