Added coffee to DST from Shipwrecked!

Now coffee bush can spawn as a set piece in the fumarole biome. They can only be planted on fumarole turf and require Ash for fertilization. Active Wormwood's "Berry Bush Crafting" skill tree to craft more coffee bush!
Roasted coffee beans and coffee make you move fast, lasting for 30 seconds and 4 minutes respectively. Coffee's cooking recipe: roasted coffee beans × 4; roasted coffee beans × 3 + dairy/sweetener × 1
