Mr. Bear

Hailing from an obscure 90s fighter, Mr. Bear boasts big damage and considerable mobility!
This is a port of an unplayable secret boss from Battle K-Road (1994)

Moveset notes:
- Jab 2 can be done by itself if Grab or Clutch is held
- Up Tilt has a variation if Grab or Clutch is held
- Dash Attack lunges further if Attack is held, it becomes jump-cancelable after its active frames
- Up Strong's jump height increases with charge
- Neutral Air can be inputted through Forward Air if Grab or Clutch is held
- Forward and Down Air are the same move
- Neutral Special rebounds when hitting opponents, it does not rebound on shield
- Side Special boosts vertical momentum, gaining lots of height if used right after a jump
- Up Special can go higher up if Special is held, and further forward if Forward is held
- Down Special provides trade-offs, boosting either Attack or Defense while hindering the other. Which buff it provides can be manually chosen with Attack/Strong/Special or Shield/Grab/Clutch respectively, chooses randomly if nothing is held
- Throws are buffed while Down Special is in ATK mode
