1. Set up the vendor NPC's and quest - See

2. Take note of voice types needed and the file names of the files you want to use AND the one you want to replace.
3. Use SF's Archive2, look in FaceAnimation and Voices for the .ffxanim and .wem you are going to use. Unpack just the selected files (of the voice types) to your desktop.
4. Drag and drop the folder (That the voice and lip files are in) to your Data\sound\voice\YourCoolVenderMod.esm file.
5. Rename the .ffxanim and the .wem to the name of the file you want to replace. Take note the .wem and .ffxanim will use the same name.
6. Save, convert to .esm pack files, test it.
