北京市建筑工程研究所，长沙建筑机械研究所，北京市机械施工公司，北京建筑机械厂和北京工业大学联合研发，北京市机械施工公司生产的机械。
中国最早的三台自升塔式起重机中的一台，后也在北京饭店扩建工程以及建造毛主席纪念堂中起了很大的作用，也用于一部分高层建筑的施工需求，在改开初期的一段时间内在高层建筑工地里也时常见到这类塔吊。（直到最新的QTZ塔吊诞生之前）

The machinery is jointly developed by Beijing Institute of Construction Engineering, Changsha Institute of Construction Machinery, Beijing Machinery Construction Company, Beijing Construction Machinery Factory, and Beijing University of Technology, and produced by Beijing Machinery Construction Company,
One of the earliest three self elevating tower cranes in China, later played a significant role in the expansion project of Beijing Hotel and the construction of Chairman Mao Memorial Hall. It was also used for the construction needs of some high-rise buildings. During the early period of reform and opening up, such tower cranes were often seen on high-rise construction sites. (Until the birth of the latest QTZ tower crane)
