ShopX

This is an upgraded version of my old Points Shop

Now you can buy everything, self heal or revive, buy ammo or laser pack, points will move on with maps!

I made a whole guide about commands and the usage of this mod: ShopX - Complete Guide.

This is a short preview, you still need to read the guide above.


How Does It Work:
  • Earn points
  • Type !buy/!shop/!s/!b followed by Buy Name of the item to buy it.


How To Earn Points:
  • Kill a common infected to earn 1 Points
  • Kill any special to earn 25 Points
  • Kill any boss (Witch & Tank) to earn 50 Points
  • Heal a teammate to earn 25 Points
  • Revive a teammate to earn 25 Points
  • Use a Defib on a teammate to earn 25 Points
  • Rescue a teammate to earn 25 Points
  • Save a teammate from a special infceted to earn 10 Points


Changes:
  • It's case&space insensitve, you can type "!buy MaGnUm" or add 4 spaces as long as the spelling is correct it'll work.
  • Points now carry over between maps without resetting.
  • You can buy everything, even all melees in all camps!
  • You can use different commands like !buy, !shop or a shorted versions like !b, !s
  • If you forgot an item Buy Name, you can search for it using !list
  • You can check your points using !check, !points or for shorted version !p
  • Added audio feedback after buying an item.
  • When a player joins, they'll see a message explaining the ShopX mod.
  • Added limited stock system to balance and give a flavor to the shop, limits resets each map.
  • Items has multiple Buy Names for all items, like "pills", "pain pills", "p" which all refering to Pain Pills.

  • Works on singleplayer and hosted local servers only!

ShopX has nothing to do with models, you may had a skin mod for a witch and removed it without resetting the game or something

When I play The Passing (Chapter 1 where is the bride witch), it pops up an error only with this mod that says:

206/ - Witch: UTIL_setModel: not precached: models/infected/witch_bride.mdl

Sometimes I encounter an issue (?) where the points I earn disappear during a game.
For example, in the middle of a finale, 400 points vanished even though I didn’t die or anything.
