Infinite Boundary of Death Works

Gives EVERY Die the Boundary of Death effect: If the natural roll is Max, and is 4 or higher, add +45 power. Have fun dealing with the enemy pages that have the same minimum and maximum rolls!

This was inspired by a series of youtube streams where something like this was applied in a more hacky way, literally overwriting the dice abilities of every page in the game. This one is just added on top, leaving any exisiting dice abilities present. Unfortunately, I was unable to find those streams and don't remember the uploader, but if you see this, thanks for the inspiration!
