OFS Trigger | Water Mod Destroyer

OFS Trigger is an Avenger class destroyer of the Omerian Freedom Navy. She is fast, agile, and very capable of handling any fight.

She boasts three dual mounted, fast firing 5" turrets as her main armament, and has several anti aircraft guns to ward of any pesky attacking aircraft. She should be survival ready, and any of her turrets can be replaced with regular vanilla SE turrets for reduced PCU counts.

Pros:
Custom made 5" (artillery) and 40mm (autocannon) turrets that can be manned remotely or by a player.
Center line conveyor system, making it hard for the enemy to cripple the ships fighting capability.
The ship can be manned by one player, or you can bring your friends aboard to bring about plenty of coordinated destruction.
Convenient below deck storage area, medical rooms, and bunks. Better safe than sorry!
High speed and great Maneuverability.

Cons:
30k PCU Count, pretty high for a ship this size due to the custom turrets being small grid.
relatively weak armor. Only a single layer of large grid light blocks stand in the way of the first buoyancy chambers/bulkheads.
3k of her 10k block count is also from her custom turrets, while relatively cheap, producing the ship may take time.
fairly large/weak superstructure compared to the waterline hull. kind of hard to drive the ship with no control seat!


Trigger is heavily inspired off of several Allen M. Sumner Destroyers from our real world, with a few tweaks and changes of my own.

aside from DLC, the ship requires only a couple mods, as well as the water mod. I highly recommend the Vanilla Range Extended mod by Rabid Puma, however this is not required for the ship to work
