Later you can add your own props or fences in-game.
you don't need the "Natural Disasters" DLC to use this asset.
I don't own this DLC and the public pool loads fine and all props are there.
I understand the need to reduce the number of assets, and most required items here have been used before several times.
As for "Chain Link Fences and Gate | Full Prop Pack 2":
It a prop pack, not a fence. Its just 4.2 MB, and if you use the "Loading Screen Mod" it will share textures and reduce the RAM usage even more.
I can see that you already try to reuse prop packs in several different assets (which make all the sense to subscribe to you). However, for some reason you use a lot of different fences for different parks. And fences are the RAM heavy kind of props. And, to be honest, not the most interesting. My city will not look much richer if it has 100 different fence styles, but my RAM will be pissed off. And for this particular asset, which is very beautiful, the fence in use requires Natural Disasters DLC, which I don't have. And without that fence the pool would have a weird looking hole at the entrance...
So I'd ask you, if possible, try to stick to 1-2 style of fences for your assets, and not the one that requires DLC.
Anyway, thank you very much for your work!
I have one request regarding the props though. It is clear, that you have to use many different workshop props in your assets, that's the whole point. But some asset packs are more RAM heavy than the others. And I wouldn't subscribe to a 20Mb asset pack that is a requirement for just one or two parks. I would think of it if it's used in 5-6 different parks.

Great to be mentioned with the GOAT Smilies :)
