Adds Makeshift-style Bases for each all Land Based Combat Fixed Wing, Helps Supplement Warplanning.

Utility Helicopter : A Medium-Large Helicopter with countersensor equipment, can be loaded out for SEAD, standoff, or infiltration.

Heliports (makeshift style airbase for helicopters) Attack, Spec_Ops, Utility, Naval
