  • FEMA: 000-451 (calling before shown on tv gets you an achievement)
  • ForRest: changes every playthrough
RADIO
  • Psychics: 777-460, given on Day 3
  • Phone Roulette: 891-533, given on Day 5
CHARACTERS WITH NUMBERS

These numbers you will gain by taking in characters and talking with them every day for usually 2-4 days depending on the character.
Most characters you encounter are randomized per playthrough with some not being able to be in the house the same time as others so multiple playthroughs are need to get them all.

Neighbor

This is unmissable and changes every time

Little Girl
Shows up on Day 4. Guarantied character and never a visitor, she will give you the number of her friend's mother

Angry Guy/Fat Aggro

After 4 days he will give you the number of his ex wife

Neglectful Mother

Never a visitor, will give you the number of her husband. The cultists will kick her out if she's there when they arrive

Fortune Teller

Random if she's safe or a visitor, either way she will give you a number the second time talking with her

Sane/Healthy Twin

Her sister needs to be with her/alive in order to interact with her. She will give you the number of her husband

Stitch Mouth

Never a visitor, he will give you the number of the foreign embassy

Sports Shirt Boy

Will give you the number of his sister

FYI Stitch Mouth *can* be a Visitor - check the armpits for a red rash (they are unshaven and clean when Stitch Mouth is a Human).

You also forgot the FEMA Wife, she also gives you a number to call at some point

I'm having issues getting a hold of fat angry guy now that i need him to show up. Any recommendations on what day he usually shows up??? Its the last achievement i need :steamsad:

the deadbeat mom is never a vistor??? some runs she eats her kid and some runs she doesnt

and found angry guy later at day 10 so probably they need to be at later days not exactly sure which

i reset over 50 times at day 7 and cant find the shirt boy, angry guy and the fema wife. but i did find the shirt boy at day 9 if that helps anyone
