NEEDS THE REQUIRED MOD TO WORK PROPERLY

Gives the bile jar and its icon survivor set specific textures to fit with L4D1 campaigns

L4D2 campaigns will use the default icons and textures while L4D1 Campaigns will use the "military" bile jar textures and L4D1 styled vgui

The bile inside the jar and the glass will work with reskins as the cap and label will not

Will work with reanimations if the molotov animation is changed
