I would recommend obtaining Rahmuel's Throne achievement (i.e. complete the main epilogue quest) first before starting the other achievements as some of these have it as a prerequisite.

Rahmuel's Throne & News of the friends in Lalaque

Visit Elysion and then the Assembly Temple to start the main quest.
Visit Arua Temple and talk to Arua. He will mention an ancient civilization under Pudding Cave. Pieberry wants to seek out Alfredo for further information.
Go to Lalaque Village and talk to David in his house. He will tell you that Alfredo likes to frequent Northeast Lalaque Forest.
Leave the village and fight the Buffalo Gorilla in front of Northeast Lalaque Forest. Head north and talk to Alfredo who tells you that villagers have been going missing recently.
Head back to Lalaque Village and go north to the carrot fields. Fight the three demons.
Speak to the Captain of the Warrior School in Lalaque Village barracks. During this, a report will come in that a bunch of solders have become corrupted by dark magic.
Go to Southwest Lalaque Warrior Camp and fight the corrupted warriors.
Head into Southeast Lalaque Forest and go east to reach the Wild Dog Cave.
Fight the demons in the cave. A cutscene will take you back to Lalaque Village. Check the seal in the middle of the village then talk to the village chief twice. This will give you the News of the friends in Lalaque achievement.
Travel to Deep Pudding Cave (located in Pudding Cave). Head west and check the hole in the ground.
Head back to the entrance of Pudding Cave and investigate the hole in the ground. Descend into the hole.
Continue forward and, when the path splits, take the one on the right. Follow the winding path to reach the back of the room:
Enter the new area (Ancient Boundary Wall) then head west and descend into the hole.
In the Ancient Ruins Magic Canal, activate/close the floodgates to drain all the water out of the canals. When you have successfully drained all of the water, the Ancient Canal Statue will be revealed at the back of the room.
- Tip: make sure to close the two floodgates located in the back (these will block off the water source) and to activate this floodgate:
Fight the statue then proceed to the Ancient Ruins Dark Garden. Fight all Wampleafs then interact with the statue. Win the ensuing battle and continue forward.
In the Ancient Ruins Soul Incinerator, solve the two puzzles by pushing the blocks to cut off the flow of dark magic (see below). Defeat the statue and continue forward.
- Tip: use the glowing circles and their corresponding levers to manipulate the blocks.
Defeat the enemies in the Ancient Ruins Central Gate and continue forward.
Defeat the two bosses in the Ancient Ruins Center.

Thoughtbound

You must complete the epilogue quest in order to start this.

Go to the Ancient Ruin Center and interact with the dark spring. Jude will appear and you'll be thrown into his Thoughtmist.
- If Jude does not appear, leave the area (i.e., teleport elsewhere and return) and interact with the spring again.
This is probably the trickiest achievement in the epilogue. It might take several tries before you run into Jude's "thoughts". There's a chance these fight locations are randomized for each player.

Below are the directions I headed in (which were consistent across two playthroughs), however it might be different for you.

While in the mist, head north to find Aramute and Jude. Win the ensuing battle.
Go south to find Aramute's spring. Win the ensuing battle.
Go northeast to find Jude. Win the ensuing battle.

The story of Luna

Travel to Luna's house in the Snow Fields. Speak with her. Leave her house.
Re-enter and you will find that she is gone. Investigate the book on her desk.
Go to the Ice Cave and head down to Ludina's altar. Talk to Luna.
Battle Aeris and Ludina. Ludina is pretty difficult so make sure you are adequately prepared.

Optional:

Return to Luna's house after getting the achievement.
Interact with the staff behind her. She will let you have it.

Getting closer with Justice

You must complete the epilogue quest in order to start this.

Go to Vavelia Village. Talk to Justice in front of the castle. Leave the village.
Talk to Justice in his house. Leave the village.
Talk to Robin in front of the castle.
Atop Durok Hill, descend until you enter the Rocky Hills. Somewhere along the hill, go south onto a plateau and you will find Justice.
Go home for a surprise!

What's new with Airene

Go to Vavelia Village and talk to Reina in her house (house on the farthest right).
Go to Dragon Valley and battle the Ancient Lightning Dragon, then speak to Reina.
Travel to South Island, then use Eison to swim north past Nessie until you reach Mahnil Island Entry Waters. Approach the ships and Airene will talk to you.
- You can only use flying pets in the battle with Nessie. The item she drops is needed for one of Redbeard's new items.
Go to Death Squad Lair and head to Laoba Forest. Travel east until you run into Airene and Reina.

A friend of the Kurda Clan

Go talk to Matt at his house (cell door to the left of Lalaque Village entrance).
Head to Rocky Hills and travel northwest to reach Kentz Mountain.
Travel east and enter Kentz Cave.
Go past the scorpions to reach Kurda Village. Fight the villagers. Talk to the Kurda engineer (in the back, next to the headless Golem). He will give you the Thief's Key.
Head back to Kentz Mountain and travel southeast to reach the Wolf Den.
Inside, head southeast to find a gate. Use the Thief's Key and fight the bandits. Loot their chests.
Go to Redbeard's Lair and buy the Golem head for 70k gold.
Give the engineer the Golem head. Leave the village.
Summon Lighting Bell and talk to the engineer.
Return to Matt to obtain a letter. Travel back to Kurda Village and talk to the engineer again.

Pets

Ball Bat

Located in Kreytes Forest. Favorite food: Kreytes Moisture.

Dark Wolf

Located in the Wolf Den on Kreytes Mountain. Favorite food: Raw Rabbit Meat.

Kurda Guardian

Obtained by completing the A Friend of the Kurda Clan achievement.

Ancient Lightning Dragon Junior

Talk to Melina in Vavelia Village.
Travel to Dragon Valley. From the entrance, a little ways ahead, kill the two Zirconia Dragons on the left and head into Western Dragon Valley.
Kill the Tainted Rock Lizard.
- Optional: kill the regular Rock Lizards to obtain a Deepstone. This is required for one of Redbeard's new items.
Go back to Melina. She will give you a specialized equipment piece that allows all 3 Tia dragons to attack simultaneously in battle.
Talk to her again and travel to Kentz Mountain. Head northwest to encounter the dragon.

Outfits

Talk to Livya in Vavelia Village in her house (behind Melina).
Go to Vavelia Mine, fight Jade (first bridge on the right), and return to Livya to obtain the outfit.

I can't get the get luna old staff.. is this because I interact with it first before battle with ludina...? is it locked me to get it...?

Thanks for the guide! Just a couple of additions:
- The Friends from Lalaque achievements also requires you to fight a battle against three demons in the northern fields (where you can get carrots). You might also need to visit Durok's spring for an event and talk with the character you meet there.
- To complete the Luna quest and get her cheevo you need to check the staff in her house in Vavelia Village after the Ludina battle.
- For the Friend of the Kurda, after getting the Guardian go talk to Matt to get a letter for the engineer and go back to him. Otherwise it won't matter how many time passes, the final dialogue won't trigger.
- Unrelated, but the epilogue activates NG+ stuff, meaning you can find additional items and equipments, fight more new bosses and evolve your weapons further.

I know this isn't an achievement, but you can get an outfit from Livya!!
Talk to her in Vavelia Village in her house (center right, next to Justice's house), she'll send you to the Vavelia mine. Fight Jade (first bridge on the right) and return to her. The outfit is super cute!

@Gru you have to talk to specific people in the village. The Blacksmith, the new captain and also a child in one of the houses. Then go to the northern area for a quick scene, back to the village, and then that should lead you to a couple of events and into the cave. :)

I'm curious about the achievement "News of the friends in Lalaque" I've followed the instructions, but when I go to the wild dog cave I can't enter?. its soemthing wrong or i just dumb?
